I have nothing to play with

Hello! Auntie and uncle.... I really get bored with all my toys. Mummy should have get new toys for me everyday. I wish there are new toys for me every time I open my eyes wide and big when I wake up in the morning. That would be wonderful!

However, if mummy thinks that's too costly...... don't worry, mum. I'll find my new toys on my own. I'll dig here and there. And,If you allow me, I can even play with glasses or wires. hahaha.......

8 Random Facts about My Mum

I suddenly realized my blog is been flooded with tags..... I think there is almost 2 tags in a week. And, I really got to crack my head to finish them all! Luckily... this is something about my mum! I like it! I love to write about my mum. To me... she is always that special someone that I am always proud to mention about her among my friends. Thanks to Shooi and the new parent. :)

Ok. About my mum......

1. She is a very attractive lady in many ways. Intelligent! Powerful! Truthful! Beautiful! Passionate! Confident! Ambitious! Tough! Independent! Determined! Dedicated!Sociable! (She even won herself a title in her secondary school beauty contest. )

2. She speaks bluntly. Very sharp talker. A very powerful business woman, who speaks with great facts.

3. Miser. But, spend so much on her kids and parents. She loves her family more than anything. Our needs always come first, even until today. Very filial. taking great care of her parents. Someone who will never forget all the goods that others provide.

4. Never work for others since the day she leaves her school. Being her own boss since her first job when she was 18. A beauty salon owner. A universal traveller. Travel a lot for her job during her young days. ( Always came back with beautiful clothes, watches, shoes and toys for me.) And, was once a royal beauty consultant in 1990's.

5. Don't even need a single cent from her parents to further her education in England. She went for her Diploma in England after making her fortune through her salon business.

As you can see, she is more like a father... So...

6. My beautiful and capable mother don't know how to cook. Not even a simple fried rice. Ops.... nothing is perfect, right? (We will just offer her to eat out, If she suggest to make us dinner or lunch! hahahahaha.... )

7. Nowadays, she prefers comfortable slippers than high heels.

8. Wanted to retire 2 years ago. She did it, at least for a while. Now... She is out again into business. (I guess this a problem for a lady without other hobby but a perfect workaholic.) :)

There is a lot more about her... but, the most important thing is..... I always considered myself really lucky to have a mum like her. Because of her....... I still have everything, may it be needed or something considered luxuries for my childhood even without the contribution of a father.

Thanks for everything, mummy! I love you...... And if you allow me, I would like to be your baby again if there is a next life. May God bless your health, your longevity and your beauty. :)

Mummy potty trained Elizabeth

I'm sure all of the mummies have to go through this with your babies, right? Is it tough? I heard from some of the mummy friends. It ain't easy. Some babies hate potty. However, this is definitely the better way (the correct way) to let go. hehe.....

As you can see, Elizabeth is quite ok with this simple potty. It took about 1 month for Elizabeth to accept it. Mm... before I go on, Remember this nursery rhythm? "Here we go round the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush, the mulberry bush. Here we go round the mulberry bush in a cold and frosty morning!" Got it? So, I think by now Elizabeth has perfectly understand that " this is the way we let go... we let go... we let go! This is the way we let go... in a fun and easier way." haha...

However, Her grandmother just bought this......




Nice? Most importantly, this one is with cushion. No more pain and redness on Elizabeth bump. Also, easier for me to hold Elizabeth as it will be place on top of our toilet bowl. A higher position than the previous potty. And, my maid would be glad to see it as she don't have to clean the potty anymore. We just have to flush it off directly from the toilet bowl. Very easy! Anyway, our lil Lizzy just poop on this cute lil thing. , she likes it so much. It might be the dog prints that play the trick because She likes dog. Know what is her first word... "woo...woo", haha... Yeah! it's the barks of a dog. Now you know how much she loves dog, aren't you?

In conclusion, I like it! Elizabeth likes it! My maid likes it! My mother likes it! So... everybody is happy with it! hahahaha.....

However, my baby will only sit quietly on all these fancy potties when she is in need.Never expect her to sit on it and finish her business without any sign of expecting that dirty stuff. She is still not up to that intelligence yet! Me too actually! haha..... (I know many adults can program themselves to clear it in the morning despite is there a need from their body system or not. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply on me. :)

Elizabeth wee wee

This is what happened most of the time when I try to train Elizabeth to wee wee after taken off her pants. I felt like it's time for her to stop wee wee on her nappy. So, nowadays I'll try to bring her to the toilet every now and then, and while carrying her, I'll place her on top of the basin after taken her pants off. How to train? Easy! I just try my luck by keep making the "shishishi... " noice! hahaha......

Can't help laughing every time when I came to think of it! hahahaha...... It's like... Eer... LOL! Look a bit stupid ler... "Elizabeth! You better learn how to wee wee your own even without that sound. Don't let your mum do it again, k?" haha......

By the way, those photos are taken when I failed to make her wee wee. She will try to reach out ad touch the tab. Then, I'll mostly surrender and finally let her sit inside the basin. After all, I found it cute. So... I just snap it! Like it? All I know is... This lil Devil love it! :)

"Two" Beautiful Mandarin Duck

Two colorful Mandarin Duck.

Based on my understanding, Madarin duck is a very special creature, which they have to live in pair. If one of it die, the other would not survive either. Oh... how sad... However, Chinese think it is very auspicious. So, they are symbolise as loving couple.

Anyway, this is another unique form of art. I'm sure you can see that this is not a drawing but a handmade tempered glass, which was bind up pieces by pieces with selected colored glass. And, this glass art can be fix as our window or door glass. Beautiful isn't it? :)

What were you doing 10 years ago?

Mmm... 10 years ago... which means when I was 16.Waw... sweet 16. Yeah! It's quite sweet actually. Mmm... yummy! Yummy! Sweet lah! Very Sweet! why? 16 years old got nothing much in the head except dying to try on seeing someone. hahaha... Got it now? So, me falling in love...of course, in that particular year. First love. Yeah... my first sweet puppy love! so... sweet or not?

But, it just last less than 2 months, I guess. We break off during Christmas. Ar... that I remembered. hahaha... why break off so soon? Don't know lah! Couldn't recalled. ( I think everydayhealy don't even really understand what is love at that time.) That's why is called "puppy love", my friends! hahaha...

*sign* this is much better. At least the memories is still fresh. Last year... O... easy! You know my lil princess, right? That chicky lizzy... She was born last year. So... last year, I was pregnant and finally give birth. And, I get the most precious gift from God -- Elizabeth. Thanks God! Really... Nothing would be more precious than her... That's what I called " sweet". Yeah! Definitely feeling so sweet to see her coming out to meet me in this world... :)

Five bad habits
waw... one shot want people to show five. Celaka! haha......

1) Due to sensitive, my nose will always stuck with lil bit of mucus every time I finished my meal, especially hot one. So, I will have to clear it with tissue. Hubby hates it! I don't even feel comfortable with it. But, no choice. *grin*

2) Once I saw pimples on my face, I'll sure break it. Sure one. Even a very small one, I'll still do it. Can't stand. So, tends to have scars on my face, make myself so ugly sometimes. Shit! :)

3) Very forgetful.

4) Quick temper.

5) Hate timetables. Thus, very bad at time management.

Dunno. I like to follow the trend. And, the fashion will mostly go back to the old fashion after many years. So...

Anyway, I got one sunglass, a few pairs of shoes, and whole box of earrings, which I stop wearing, but still keep it. Then, one Bra, my favorite actually , but tear already. Wait Until I buy another one, I'll throw it away.

What is Good for Allergic Baby?

Nowadays a lot of babies suffer from allergic reaction. So does my Elizabeth. Thus, I did go through some materials on allergy problem, especially food allergy. Basically, food allergies mostly are caused by these 7 types of food.

-- Dairy product
-- Soy
-- Shellfish
-- Wheat
-- Tree nuts
-- Peanuts
-- Egg whites

However, there are still other food that might cause allergies. For instance, citrus fruits. To me, Allergies symptoms change from time to time. So, our babies might out grown their food allergies after some time, like my little Elizabeth. However, as a parent, we certainly have to be very careful on choice of food for our allergy babies.

Bull's Shit

I thought the shit is quite a lot. Can't you see it? Yaks...That sting! Yeah, Sting! Even though I just step on a tiny little bits of it, it's still very sting! hahaha......

Anyway, wanna see how she has been dress up beautifully the next day(Saturday night) for the procession ? Ops... Its a he. Here you go...



So, this is the cow which will be sent to my temple every time during procession. And, did you saw something on her body? I think he actually sleep on his "shit" . Thus, his body become so dirty. OMG! Need to clean his body again before we make a move....

Just like after married, may be the mummies and daddies became slightly bigger in size, but they are still cute in the eye of their partner. Still their darling. hahahaha........

My New Blog

Now....... Ladies and gentlemen. I have a big... big... very big announcement to make. I want to invite you people to the opening of my new blog. However, because of time constraints, There are still so many things need to be improved.

This is the first time I buy and set up my own blog. Yet, no more blogspot. This time I got to learn wordpress from zero. Really tough, man! Anyone of you that familiar with wordpress wanna offer some help? Healy is calling 911, urgently need help. So... anyone, please? hehe...

Chinese Halloween

According to my own estimation, I think almost 70% of Penang is loaded with Chinese. And, at least half of these Chinese are in "Toaism". People in Taoism pray to many Goddess. They will also pray to ghost. They believe by praying to ghost, they will be protected by "them", instead of being disturbed. So... my Chinese friends out there.... Do you pray to Ghost today? By the way, today is the 1st day of the 7th month in Chinese lunar calender. And, Taoist will pray to the ghost twist in this month, which is on the 1st and the 14th or 15th.







The taoists will make "money" -- the paper that you saw in this video for "them". There are a few shapes, all are the shapes of our Chinese ancient money.





These Taoists will pray with food, candles, josstick ( because they believe this is something the ghost will eat. ) and the money will be burn. ( they believe through burning these "money", these ghost will receive the money, and get to spend it happily in their world.)

Frankly, I was a bit scared when taking all these video and photos. But, I am thinking for those who are curious in Chinese cultures might interested to know about this. So, here you are. Hope you appreciate it. :)

In Trance

Have I ever told you that I prayed to Indian God? I've visited an Hindu Temple in Penang -- "Bagavathi Amman" for almost 10 years. So... I'm in Hinduism. Wanna see a photo of mine with "puthu" ( the red dot that people in Hinduism will put on by a sami -- prist after prayers) on my forehead? Anyway, not today. but I'll catch one of this scene and show it to you all here, k? Promise. :)

Friday night, I was in the temple. Started from yesterday and for the coming 10 days, our temple is celebrating "Fire walking Ceremony". Ask me what is that? haha... I'm sorry! you are asking the wrong person. I don't know why this celebration is on. However, it's something on yearly basis. And, there is so many interesting events during these 10 days including breaking coconuts, people in trance, procession and fire walking on the last day.

So... Yesterday is the first day of this celebration.

Actually, there is another interesting scene, which the sami was in trance. And, he stand on a "parang" -- big long knife. "huh!" Even though I've seen this for ten years. But, it's still scary. May be is not scary, it's shocking! Thus, "Healy is shivering and stoned". As a result, no photo. hehe......

My Photo Hunt -- "Row"

Waw... I thought is gonna be fun to be a photo hunter. And, Gee... It ain't easy at all, at least for me. :)

I loves beautiful pictures. And, every time when I saw our photo hunters' work, I think they are "genius"! hehe... Why? those pictures are so attractive. Really! How to take such a beautiful picture actually? Just by having a better camera? I wondered. I think there are so much more than that. we need some other skills too. However, I decided to join the club and give a try. Hoping that "practice does makes perfect". :)

So, ta.....da.....This is my first creation. Like it? My little Elizabeth loves Teddy Bears. Thus, these fellows which mostly will be place in a row on my sofa are her best friends! :)

Hope you people like them too. Anyway, they are from McDonald's. They are presents from my hubby many years ago when we are still bf and gf. Kind of sweet every time when I saw Elizabeth playing with them. Thus, I decided to take a picture of them. Something to remember... :)

Daddy... Play with Me!

First of all, daddy warned me not to post this video cause "this is too exposed" haha... ( So, Shu..... just keep quiet, k? Just between you and me.) hahahahaha....... Hopefully this won't annoy him. :) (LOL! Even though no muscle, but still macho. So, nothing to worry, daddy. It's fine, trust me! Mmm... anyway, sorry!) hehe...

Elizabeth is definitely a mummy's girl. Any place, Any time, she always want mummy to carry.

See Aunties, don't you think I'm so strong! I'm going to stand on my own two feet real soon. ( Since mummy don't really interested to carry me, always blog, blog, blog...... I don't want her to carry anymore. I want to walk on my own. ) So...If I can walk before 9 months, is there any present? How about Yakult? I just love it! hehe...

PC Fair in Penang

This Sunday, me and daddy went to PISA (Penang International Sports Arena). From my house to PISA is like one end to the other end of Penang. It's quite far away. So... after driving about one hour, we were almost there. Just... right outside PISA before entering the car park. Waw... so happy! I thought, we were finally there. However...... we were stuck in the traffic for about 30 minutes, still all the cars is not really moving. OMG! Want to turn back, we can't. As I said, we were stuck. Then, daddy started to grumble... *&@^%#* (LOL! Can't blame him ler... His bladder was so full, but he can't wet either his pants or car, right? hahahaha... He's gonna kill me of describing this situation in such a "nice" way! hahaha...)

And, thanks God! Finally we heard of the radio car. Yes! Our "Mata" (cops) was here to help. Almost immediately, the traffic is smooth again. Waw... Sir! you're just on time to save my hero from wetting his pants. haha..... ( Sorry ya , Daddy!I know I'm bad...) :)

So... we were finally in the PC fair. Yeah! Penang was having PC fair for the last 3 days from 3rd to 5th August. And,I've stop going to PC fair for years. Frankly, I hate PC fair. It was so crowded. Look at the pic above, it was crowded, isn't it? I only like food fair. haha... Not because it's less crowded. Just because there are a lot of food. Mmmm...... Yummy! Yummy! hehe...

Anyway, most people will come out with something. And, through my observation, people like to buy printers and stereo systems from PC Fair. Other accessories like empty CD sold well too. May be the price is cheap. And, we were not going for fun actually. We got a mission to complete. We wanna make price comparison for Toshiba M600 E340 notebook.

So, basically when you see everybody buying, You will feel like buying something too. Why ar? "Kia Su" I think. When people buy, you feel it's cheap, so, you should have buy one, in case you regret in the future. haha... Does this apply to you, my friend? Anyway, this does apply to us. Daddy end up buying stereo system. How was it? Performance? Good! Price? Reasonable. Design? Many choice. Brand? Edifier. Where's the shop? Queen's Bay Mall. ( satisfied? I list down because just in case you saw I have one, and you also feel like getting one... haha)





Before I stop writing, I would advised those who want to buy PC or notebook, please don't go straight to PC Fair. Please find out which model from which brand that you plan to buy, set your target first, make comparison in the fair. Then, buy it in their shop, not in the fair. Normally they will extend the promotion for anther week, so... no hurry, k? :)


Just like what we did. Save your time stuck in the crowd of PC Fair. Right after PC Fair, we went home. And, bring our princess together with us to Gurney Plaza. Heading to House of Notebook and Buy! After we paid, we went down to have some drinks. Have fun with little Lizzy. Within 30 minutes, the installation of Window Vista was done. We get it. Then, Chao!

This is it, Toshiba M600 E340. Very good spec. Quite light, 1.89 kg. Reliable brand (Toshiba has less problems). Good deal during PC Fair. Free 4 GB pen drive, 1GB memory, 3 years International Warranty. But, I would not considered it as "cheap". :)



That's it! Simple? :) Just a bit sad... cause the notebook is not mine. :(

Just kidding. I got daddy's old notebook what! That's not bad at all isn't it? I'm gonna feel a great pinch if I get anther one for myself. After all, i don't feel like disposing the old one yet! Unless the problem can't be fix. :) (LOL! most of the time I'm at home, I don't really need a notebook actually. Also, I feel like buying with my own money... I just prefer it that way.) :)

HO! HO! This is another tag. Thanks to QiQi mummy. However, this tag ain't easy for me. Very tough for me actually. In fact, I'm so afraid of 8. Yet, there are so many 8 in this tag! Eee... I'm really happy when I get to be a rockin girl blogger. However, I do not expect to be a real schmoozer. Anyway, Giddy thinks I am. So... this is it. Have a look at my latest award! This pic does shows power isn't it? Look at the muscle, Wahaha....so big! Powerful, right? So, don't play play, Skinny Healy even though skinny but powerful. Got it? hahahaahaha...... Really got to thanks Giddy for this. I'm kind of proud to get this award! Cheh... Got muscle you know.... not bad isn't it? Great, man! Great! haha......

Alright! Wanna know how I schmooze around? First of all, I'm sure all of you love shopping. So... normally when we go shopping in a mall or plaza, we will park our car in it's indoor car park, be it basement or upper floor, right? OK. I did the same thing. After that, I went shopping of course. I shop... shop... shop... until I nearly drop. Then only I decided to go home.

So, I went to get my car. And, before I drove out from the car park, I stop to make payment. As usual, there was an Ah Neh stationed there to collect the fees. So, he said " RM 2.50." Then, when I drag my purse out, I found that there was no 50 cents in my purse. But I have RM2. And, other bigger notes. Now....... Think about it. What will you do if you were in that situation??

Pay RM10 or RM 50, then wait for the change. Is that what you gonna do? Have you ever thought of getting a discount? LOL! "Car park also can discount one meh?" I don't think so, but, I would like to try my luck! So... that's what I told Ah Neh, " Ah Neh, I don't have 50 cents, I only have RM 2. Discount lah, Neh. RM 2, k?" Now... Guess what he said? He didn't say anything. He just laugh at me and straight away he set off the block to let me go. hahaha......

So... enjoy the story? How is that? LOL! This Healy......she'll save every penny if it's possible! hahahaha.......

The truth is, I really don't mean to get the discount. I'm just trying to have fun with this Ah Neh. I'm truly surprise that I made it! Huray! What a wonderful world! hahaha........
