Don't throw away the banana peels
Do you know that rubbing the inside part of a banana peel on the mosquito bites can be far more effective than creams and medications to help reduce the itching and swelling? And, you can just throw the banana peels in your garden to benefit you gardening efforts?
I just found out that banana peels can help to cure the mosquito bites. Besides, rose bushes benefit a great deal from the peels. If we bury a few peels by the roots, our plant will blossom or become huge in a few weeks time. In short, the banana peels are amazing fertilizer for garden and soil.
So, next time please don't simple throw away these useful peels, especially on the floor. This is to make sure no one fall badly because of the peels. hahaha...

Expensive hobby

I have many interests including dancing, singing, reading and so on. And, I even collect coins and stamps for fun. However, I have develop some other interests nowadays. I feel like collecting sunglasses, Coca-Cola items and watches.
But, I like luxury watches such as Longines, Omega, Rolex, Folie Folie and Chopard. That's something ain't easy to collect. So, I still wonder when can I start this expensive hobby. I guess I should be very grateful even I can just have one of them. hehe...

Just for "Him"

I am back to blogging, my friends! If you wonder what am I doing for the past few days... That's just movie time. I am busy watching drama series. It's because I feel like having a few days break from blogging.
However, It's kind of disappointing that I don't find this new drama interesting. May be the story is too childish for me. Or... Shall I say the story line is kind of boring. Not really romantic too.
It's about a girl student (Ella Chen from S.H.E.) pretend to be a boy and came all the way from America to Taiwan to study in a boy's school. She did it because she fell in love with a boy ( Wu Zun from Fahrenheit) in this school who is a famous student athlete.
Anyway, The whole series was funny. But, it's only a "so so" drama series to me especially the ending. :(
According to the ending, I am sure there will be part 2. However, I just can't get excited with the part 2. Frankly, the only thing I like about this movie is this guy below.
Who is this guy? He is Wu Zun from a Taiwanese music group Fahrenheit. But, he is from Brunei. At first, I though he is Daniel Wu's Brother. Don't you think they are kind of look alike? Anyway, either Daniel Wu or Wu Zun, both are so handsome. LOL!

Online Wedding Flowers

One of my girl friend is going to marry her prince charming soon. She will be doing her wedding in the church. I am kind of excited as this is the first time I am going to attend church wedding.
By the way, the wedding date seems so close from now. It's 31th of August. She is rushing on taking her wedding photos now. At the same time, she seems busy looking for the perfect wedding decoration as well.
Hopefully she will have great arrangement for the wedding flowers as flowers always make the wedding party very romantic. In fact, she can buy bulk flowers online. And, when it comes to wedding flowers, she certainly can trust FiftyFlowers.com which has something like a complete Wedding in a Box.
In this package, the wedding party gets 23 pieces, including bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. The focal flower, accent flowers and greens are choosen by the bride. I think it's highly affordable and very convenient.

Home Cook Fried Rice

This looks so yummy, isn't it? So, guess who did it so well? Everyday Healy? Oh, Yes! Absolutely. She is the one who walloped the whole plate into her stomach within 10 minutes. Hahaha...
I don't even know how to cook plain rice. So, do you still think it's possible for me to fried a plate of complicated fried rice like this? (Ya! That's very complicated for me cause there are carrots, pineapple, slice fried chicken, egg, spring onion, "Ikan Bilis" and so on. Don't you think that's very complicated?) Ha! Obviously, that's impossible. LOL!
Anyway, thanks to "Ah Hwa" who cook for the whole family. And, we are so lucky as she is really a great "chef". But, don't she realized that recently she is serving fried rice almost every Saturday or Sunday afternoon? Why?
So... Even though I used to crazy over "Ah Hwa Fried Rice" last time, but I can be so full by just looking at it right now. :(
No more fried rice, please...

Er... are you hungry? It's been some time I never share any yummy cuisine with you people here. And, I feel so hungry now after sitting in front of the computer cracking my head for hours. I miss the "Portuguese Egg Tart" in Macau! Especially those fresh from the oven. Hmm......Best of the best!
And, I think Macau is definitely more westernize than Hong Kong. There are yummy western food in Macau. However, most of it were in Portuguese style I guess. Anyway, it will be wonderful if I am still there cause I miss the mushroom soup so much too. Oh..... so creamy, taste milky and full of mushroom fragrance.
LOL! So hungry... So sad as both are something I still can't find the compatible here in Penang. Oh... never mind! "Char Kauy Teow" here is so much better compared to many places. I can eat "Char Kuay Teow" Tonight. hehe...

How to cut my own hair
My hair is quite long now. Thus, I feel like cutting my hair. But, I am always worried whenever I decided to cut my hair. Frankly, it' ain't easy to get a hair cut that really favors us from the hand of the hair stylist. Don't you think so?
My MIL actually cut her own hair as mostly she was not satisfied with her hairdo when she came back from the salon. Gosh! I truly admired her. I still can't figure out how to cut my own hair. At this point, it is something impossible to me.
May be I should attend the arizona beauty schools to learn from scratch on how to cut a nice hair and other grooming skills including make up through professional cosmetology programs. Once I am skillful, I can even open up a salon. That's great!

Some "Wooden" Dolls

A set of 7 beautiful hand painted wooden dolls all the way from Czechoslovakia which is a gift from my mum's friend. We can actually keep the small ones into the big ones one by one according to their size. So, finally we will see only one doll -- the biggest.
It's just like magic to my girl when she sees more and more dolls coming out from the initially1 big doll. And, I always got to be careful whenever I show her, as she might accidentally swallow the smallest! That's so tiny, but very cute! :)
There is this nice wooden basket that I use to place some fake fruits instead of the real one just for decorative purpose. The basket itself looks almost like a fish, isn't it? Nice handicraft, isn't it? I think if I fill in some fresh fruits, it will finish off real soon because the fruits certainly become more attractive when place together with this beautiful wooden basket, agree? :)

Outdoor Lighting

Sometimes it's hard to decide which outdoor lighting should I choose whenever I want to change it one by one. So even though I like hanging lanterns and its country and antique feel, I still have to forgo this choice unless I decided to change the 8 all together. As most of my garden lightings are wall lanterns now.
Anyway, It won't look nice if one of them look different. There will be no unity. I will never use different style for each and every of the lighting in my house. That's a mess. We should always stick to only one or two unique style of home lighting that match our overall home design.
And, remember to choose those with energy saving bulb if you want to save electricity like me. You can learn more about how to choose the right outdoor lighting for your house through the free online outdoor lighting buying guide too.

I can't go out
The weather is so hot nowadays. I just don't feel cool at all even if the air con is on. So, it's like I want to walk out of the house to buy myself coconut water whenever I feel the heat, but I can't even stay in the car as the the air con of my Kancil served no purpose at all in this hot weather.
Oh! I am kind of frustrated now. This is the first time I have the idea of changing my car. And, I really wish it will be done almost immediately. It's so hot! I need a car with better air conditioning feature!
I guess at this moment, Used cars Austin Texas really come in handy. Unfortunately I am not staying in the US. Alright! Looks like It's a better idea if I drink water at home to resolve my thirst. Forget about the coconut. :(

"Chap Goh Meh"
After today, all the decorations for CNY in the shopping mall or hotel will be taken down soon. Just as the "g" sign at the front door of G hotel will no longer wearing this Chinese cap with a "Fook" word on it. Everything seems back to normal. I had the festive seasons holiday mood since last year end till now. However, after tonight all will be gone.
Today is the "Chap Goh Meh". In fact, there is a traditional way for the Hokkien community to celebrate "Chap Goh Meh". Maidens will throw mandarin oranges to the sea or river. It is believed that they will get good husband if they follow this tradition. So, "Chap Goh Meh" is actually Chinese Valentines day.
May be some of you don't know that there are other thing that can be thrown into the sea to get other blessings. Bachelors can throw stones to get good wife. Old people can throw peanuts to live till very old age. Where as those who buy lottery will throw bananas to strike lottery.
And, if we throw red dates, it is believed that we shall get good luck every year. Lastly, throwing longan means we shall gain a good ending for life. ( However, we are not allow to throw all those things into the sea, don't we? That's pollution! Hahaha...)
Anyway, Today is the last day for Chinese New Year. So, that's it! Bye Bye, CNY! See you next year. hehe...

Invest now
Recently, I am sure everyone of us are quite worried about the economic slow down for the US market, so do a Malaysia like me. However, if you are someone who have save for rainy days, then there should be nothing to worry. That's why it's a must for us to at least save up 10% of our monthly income for emergency use.
Even though market doesn't seem good, but if I have extra cash at hand, this seems to be the best time to invest. Smart investors will always invest when market is down, cause all the shares and properties will be affected and suffering at a low price. So, if we decided to invest now and keep for years, the return should be lucrative by then.
Since Georgia land for sale, I really wish that I can be one of the smart investor and buying land now. As I feel buying land is a better investment compared to house as there will be less cost involved to maintain the property. However, I regretted that I did not save enough. LOL!

My Romeo
For the past 1 or 2 months, I am looking forward for Monday all the time as that's the time I get to download the new Taiwanese Drama Series that I am chasing. One new episode will be released every Monday.
Ask me if it's so great, then I will answer you -- "YES!". However, it is just another high school teenage type of romantic series. Sometimes, I do think these movies are certainly very childish. And, I wonder why I like them so much! May be because those super romantic ideas have provide me dreams. Dreaming about hubby treating me so romantic everyday. hahaha......
I feel good to have such romantic dreams. So that I don't have to blame hubby of being a workaholic. Sometimes, as a wife of a workaholic, I need to have many hobbies to keep myself busy. And, to dream of him being so gentle like those in the Taiwanese Romantic Series actually is just as sweet as he really did it! Trust me, it works! hahahaha....
At least, this trick keep me away from blaming him or being annoyed whenever he said: "I am busy!" However, I think these drama series actually annoyed him as he always complaint, "Why these people all so rich and no need to work one?" hahahaha.......
In short, I am sharing a way with you on how to "beautify" our husband and avoid dissatisfactions if you think he is not romantic enough. LOL! Do I sounds crazy?

Sleep Correctly
Doctors recommended elevated sleeping positions to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with acid reflux, evening heartburn, constricted airways, snoring, sinus irritation and more. In this case, changing bed every year will not help to relieve those discomforts.
Looks like if I want to be healthier, I might need a sleep wedge that can effectively alleviate our sleeping position to avoid any related pain or discomforts. Bare in mind that sleep wedge is certainly less costly than a good whole bed that will easily cost us 10 thousands and above.
Once I own a sleep wedge, may be I will start having better sleep. As a result, I will look refresh and more radiant. Most importantly this could be the only way to stop me form snoring when I am old. I just can't take it if I snore so loudly when I sleep. I guess most ladies hate it too as non of us would think snoring is something that will make us look graceful, don't we?

"Free"

Initially, this topic ain't easy for me. I really don't know what to put up for "free". Finally, I found too many. Hahaha...
See... I feel carefree and the sense of freedom when I walk along the beach and saw all these scenes below. I guess this is what some people will do when they are free.
But, this is what most people will do when they are free.Zzzz..... ( Er... Of course, It would be a better idea to lay down or sleep on the bed! hehe...)
And, even the snails know what to do when they are free. hahahaha...
Have a nice weekend! :)

Bathroom is so Important to me

I am sure everyone has their own favorite area of the house. And, I just can't stop thinking about changing the tile of my bathroom once I saw one unique combination of modern and Roman styles bathroom design.
Most Chinese will renovate their house before Chinese New Year. I have friend who was busy with her bedroom renovation before Chinese New Year too. Even though I like my house to have a brand new look, but I just can't stand the dirtiness of renovation.
However, have you ever thought that which part of your house will you renovate first if you are planning for renovation? Frankly, bathroom is the most important area for me. May be I am just someone who loves to bath just like the ducks. In fact, I truly have no idea why I am so into bathroom design.

Thank You, my love...
Happy Valentines!!!
LOL! I didn't expect to get flowers from hubby. In fact, I was blaming him not even call up to ask about my stomach condition in my dream last night. hehe... (Oh,Yes! I am sick again. I wonder what happen to my health. It seems I really got to watch out for my health this year.)
Anyway, sometimes it's quite amazing that we don't need medication to cure our sickness. I feel much much much better after I receive this beautiful bouquet from hubby! hahaha...
But, Er... can I have Tulip next year? hehehe... LOL! This lady... Terrible! hahaha...
I just forget to tell him that I started to fall in love with Tulip. But don't worry, dear... I can change the preference for flower, but I will never change the love for you. It's forever! Our love, our marriage, our romantic, our happiness... ( I know it's hard to predict. At least, I still pray for it to be forever. :) )
Wish all of you Happy Valentines and may your love, your marriage, and your happiness last forever! And... And... I love you too! LOL! Sounds like Micheal Jackson now! hahaha...

It's a Surprise
I actually bought a set of wallet and purse as Valentine's gift for hubby and myself. ( However, I can only show you mine at the moment as Hubby already took his out. But you can still guess its look through mine as they are a set. So, both are simple, clean and smooth leader. Only his is smaller. :) ) I get them before Chinese New Year. So we started using it since the first day of Chinese New Year. See... I am a typical Chinese who prefer everything new during CNY. hehe...
Anyway, to be frank I like the gifts' boxes more than the gifts themselves. hahaha... It's been 2 years I think... I never buy any Valentine's gift for him. So, I am glad I made it quite early this year. But It seems I am the only one who is so excited about the SURPRISE! I did not see any surprise look from him. So... I asked him why.
He told me he already knew it as I keep asking him about his wallet few days ago. OMG! Lousy Everyday Healy! *Slap forehead* ( But... I just want to make sure I get the one that he really like... :( ) OK. May be I should buy him car covers next year. I am sure that can be a great surprise! hahahahaha...

"heavy"

Just imagine if I really grow so fat, then I will be truly heavy. Frankly, I really can't except this body figure. Anyway, it seems I have ate too much in this CNY. OMG! I better start eating less from today onwards!
Every time I look at this photo, I am glad that I still have a slim and nice figure. Somehow, I wonder how much rice will a Sumo eat everyday? I guess no girls will "sacrifices their body figures" to become a Sumo fighter. Nowadays, even man won't agree either.
However, I heard Sumos in Japan earn lots of money. May be this is the reason why they are willing to become a big and heavy Sumo fighter. After all, money is so so so important these days. Always full is so much better than the feeling of empty stomach. :)

Family reunion

It seems that I've leave my blog alone for almost a week. I am really so into CNY celebration until I almost forget about today's Photo Hunters. Chinese New Year is all about family reunion. However, I just get the news that my SIL is going to move to Bangkok soon.
Once she found a house ( I guess she is still looking for something like Branson real estate) , then she will move. We might have less time to meet. And, I think hubby and I have to spend more time with my in laws. As my SIL used to visit them very often. If she moves far apart, my in laws would be lonely sometimes. Anyway, hubby seems very busy this year. So, I think mostly he will just drop me and girl in my in laws place during weekends. Then, he will still go to work. hehe...
At least, my in laws get a chance to meet their granddaughter. :)

Surprise, Surprise
Other than New Year celebration, Valentine's day is around the corner too. I seems quite excited about this coming Valentine as I already have a great Valentine's gift in mind. Thus, I really hope that I will recover from my flu as soon as possible. If not, I will have no time to go out and get his Valentine's gift.
In fact, I guess it's been 1 or 2 years we did not set any surprise for each other during Valentine. So, I want to do it this year. I plan to go out together with one of my friend to choose the gift. However, I wonder if she has the time. As she is busy looking for bridal packages, wedding rings and church renovations. Yes! She plan to marry this year.
Anyway, I am glad that she finally find her true love. So, may be I shouldn't disturb her but find another friend to accompany me. :)

"Narrow"

Just look at this land area of my house that I use to plant flowers. It's certainly too narrow for anything big. So, I just plant some small plants that full of flowers here.
I precious this tiny yellow flowers so much as it is quite rare in Malaysia. But, it is so dainty! And, it's bright yellow flowers always has the power to brighten up our day, if we just had a glance of it every morning before we start our day. I like it! :)
However, don't ask me the sane of this plant. I really have no idea! hehe...
And, to all the Chinese photo hunters like me... Happy Chinese New Year! "Gong Xi Fa Chai"!
