Our house need decorative Items

Do you have drawings, crystals or other display items at home? Most houses will use some display items to decorate their house. For example, some people like to collect crystals and display it all in their living hall.

On the other hand, we can also decorate our bedrooms and kitchen with some decorative items. For example, one of my friends daughter have all her Hello Kitty collections in her room. And, kitchen will look nice with pictures of the vegetables or fruits hanging on the wall.

However, we should never miss out the toilet too. I am quite particular on toilet decoration. I have nice lace toilet roll hanger in the toilet in my room and a small pot of silk flowers. Recently, I feel like hanging a drawing on the door. Somehow, I am still figuring what to hang.

In this case, air tools is very useful to me as I like to hang drawings in my house.

RED CLIFF

These days really got many good movies. Hubby and I keep stepping into the cinema again and again. This past Sunday, we went for "Red Cliff".

Hubby is a great fans for the "San Guo" Stories. Thus, he just can't wait to watch Red Cliff. As Elizabeth is very sick on Saturday, we canceled the plan for movie. Daddy just keep watching the online preview again and again that night. Poor daddy!



By Sunday, we finally managed to enjoy this fantastic Chinese Movie directed by the famous John Wu. "Red Cliff" is so real. No exaggerated actions. Takeshi Kaneshiro did a great job this time. Smart! Jovial! Gentle! It's exactly like the character of the famous -- "Gong Ming". Every Heroes has their own uniqueness and capabilities. It is clearly showed in the show, one by one.

Besides, John Wu has present the war strategies clearly and nicely in the show this time. Those are wonderful scenes. Make me feel so proud to be a Chinese. I enjoyed its sound tracks so much too! Nice Music! Luckily there is part 2. Hopefully there is even part 3. But, part 2 will only be out by January 2009. :(

Interested in Massage Therapy

I always enjoy massage. And I like to have my hair wash in the hair salon too, even though I hardly go for facial. I guess hair, spa and beauty therapy are all common leisure activities for ladies. Some even very particular about their nails. Thus, many also pay for manicure and pedicure session to keep their nails attractive.

Due to this fact, these are all lucrative career or business opportunity. Thus, not only ladies, but it's common for guys to join Spa and Beauty Schools too. However, as massage therapy getting famous as a fantastic holistic treatment for all, there are also many massage therapy schools available now.

I am interested to learn the holistic massage therapy. So that I can give my mum and my hubby a relaxing massage whenever they are in tense. Somehow, I don't have strong hands. I think I should train my strength first. Hehe...

Coffee Prince

See... I am not blogging constantly again. Frankly, one day 24 hours is certainly not enough. I think not only for me, but for almost everyone of us. Life is too competitive and too busy now. As a stay at home mum, I am still busy. Busy with my baby, my daily chores, my work and so on.

As baby Elizabeth is getting more demanding, I got less time for myself. But, I miss the Korean Drama Series. I got to watch one at least. It's been some time I never have time to do that. So, I decided to stop blogging for the last 2 days. Just to get the time to finish one Korean Drama Series -- Coffee Prince.

It was once very famous. It's about a rich man fell in love with a poor lady who he thought was a boy. Very Romantic! But, a bit illogic. As there are too many scenes which supposed to let the prince charming to find out that "Chan" is a girl, not a boy. And, the ending just doesn't seems like an ending to me. Hahaha...

Anyway, I quite enjoyed the show. :P

First, we have computer to assist in our documentation work. Then, we have internet to connect with people who is far apart. This is all very helpful for business development. And, that's when so many started to operate an online shop.

Desserts

Last night, hubby brought home a few types of Thai Food, including Mango Kerabu and TomYam Noodles. The dessert is Mango Glutinous. The dessert is not bad. Rich, fragrance and sweet. And, it reminds me of the Water Chestnut and Nangka in Chilled Coconut Milk Thai Dessert. That's my favourite!

Just by looking at the picture of it that I took while eating at "Chilli Corner"...... Oh, I am drooling! Anyway, if you don't like this sweet and rich coconut milk Thai desert, you can try the simple Ginkgo syrup at Kimberly Street. That's Chinese dessert. Chilled or Hot? That's your choice. The stall is operated at night and it is directly opposite the kid's bicycle shop.

The Ginkgo simply taste better. Commonly, the ginkgo in this type of dessert is a bit hard and tasteless. But, this is totally different. It's soft! It' sweet! It's yummy! If you like "Almond Soup", you can got it here too. But, remember to buy the "fried dough sticks" and dip it in the soup before you put it in your mouth. As the "Fired dough sticks" is one of the specialty here. You must try!

Use Buying Guide

Few weeks ago, my television at home was down. Frankly, all of us in the family were upset. As this TV is less than 3 years old. The bad news is... The warranty period is over. There is only 2 years warranty. See... most electronic items will break down right after the warranty period. I hate that!

Anyway, I received a call from the mechanic today. It's fixed. I am lucky. At least I don't have to buy a new one. I can save up the money to buy a new DVD Minisystem for my room now.

"The Golden Army" is indestructible, unstoppable. But, Hellboy -- the son of the evil, can challenge the leader of the golden army -- Prince Nuada. That's a battle of live or die. Challenging enemy!Tough Hero! If you like all the "Super Heroes" such as Batman, Spiderman, and Xmen, then I am sure you will fall for this "red fellow" too.

I think part 3 is even more interesting as "Hellboy" is going to have babies. Twins. One girl one boy? One like Liz, one like "Red"? That's not a problem. The problem is... when is this part 3 going to be out? Hahaha......

Hubby and I enjoyed the movie so much last night. First time in GSC Premier class too. Interesting movie. Comfortable seating. Orders can be made and food will be serve too. Oh! Wonderful!

Be Consistent

I just learned one interesting fact about dieting. As we decrease our food intake, our body will automatically absorb and store more calories the next time we eat in excess of what our body needs.

Based on this fact, even if we cut down our food intake greatly for 6 days in a week time, we can hardly loose weight if we eat lavishly in one of the day in a week. Thus, we can only achieve our dieting goal if we can consistently reduce our calories intake.

Anyway, there is a simple rule of weight loss -- consistently burn off more calories than you take in. Thus, persistent exercise certainly helps. But, there are also thousand types of diet pills available in the market which were created with the aim to burn our excess calories and assist weight loss. The choice is yours. :)

Bird Park

I would like to share with you some nice pictures of birds.

I like eagle. And, these 2 are sea eagles.

I got them all from the Bird Park in Seberang Jaya, Butterworth. In this bird park, many birds are not in the cage. Even though there might be "bombs" flow down from the air, but it's like safari. Fun!

I think rearing birds is one of the popular hobby among Chinese guys, especially for the elderly during olden days. But, it's not common anymore. Most people prefer to rear dogs, cats and fish instead of birds now. How about you? Will you keep birds at home? In my opinion, birds should fly high in the sky. They don't belong in the cage. Somehow, it's quite fun to tie a parrot in front of our doorway, specially a parrot that can"talk". :)

Anyway, there are peacocks, flamingos, mandarin ducks and many types of Hornbills, parrots and owls in this bird park. I even saw 2 black swans other than gooses swimming in the lake. There are also other animals like Snake, Reindeer and crocodile in this park.

Work and Save

Times are bad recently. Everywhere inflation and retrenchment. The hawker food in Penang is so expensive now. At this moment, I guess many is thinking about "save", "save", "save". Me too.

In my philosophy, the best way to save is to work non stop. When we are busy working, we have no time for leisure. Once we start working early in the morning and stop working quite late every night, we have no where to spend. Yet, we have more income.

May be many started to feel that jobs in Los Angeles or many other countries seems very attractive now because of the good currency exchange rates. Frankly, I have many friends who work in overseas manage to save money home. Somehow, this is not a good long term plan especially when the family is apart as life is certainly not just about money.

Anyway, I am thinking about buying books now. Must have some self control. May be should visit the library. Just borrow some instead of buying. Hehe...

Catch Me Now

These 2 days, I am busy watching the Hong Kong Drama Series -- Catch Me Now. Interesting drama! Hi-Tech, challenging, unpredictable and fast moving. It's another police show. But, this time the thieve is the main character. There are 5 intelligent thieves who only rob the illegal money and always help the poor. What do we called this? Robin Hood, right? hehe......

Guess who do I like the most among the actors and actresses? Joe Ma? I like him too. But not as much as Damian. I am Damian Lau's fans. Such a Heroes! Oh, sometimes old man is even more stylish. Sean Connery is a great example. Hahaha...... And, Johnson Lee is always funny. There is also attractive and sexy ladies in this 20 episodes long drama series. I like Fala Chen. Sporty, sexy and tall.

However, I just don't feel right with its double ending. Recently, Hong Kong drama series like to create 2 endings. I feel this is too commercialize. No uniqueness. It actually makes the whole drama less attractive. As we are so into the story after we had followed the series, but end up feel so unreal because of the double ending. Sucks! :(

Thus, I just watched one ending at the moment. hehe...

Somehow, "Catch Me Now" is a good show. Worth watching! :)

Nice Glasses

I have to go to the post office to settle all the bills this afternoon. As I just simply park my car, it's not under the car shade. As a result, the heat of the car seat nearly burn off my skin when I first entered my car. Gosh! That's terribly hot! It's burning!

Luckily, I have sunglass. Frankly, it's hard to drive under such sunny day. I like sunglasses. I have thought of collecting sunglass. However, that's an expensive hobby. Thus, still considering. Hahaha....

May be I should shop for eyeglasses first. My eyeglasses is definitely "out"! I mean out of fashion. LOL!

This is my type. Nice! Very good bargain too! :)

Good new day

I just tidy up my wardrobe on the 1st. Get rid of some old clothes. Besides, I did start my home schooling plan for my little princess too. Feels great as I did what a mother should do. hehe......

Also, I had shifted my bed and reorganized my whole room yesterday. As I read from the newspaper that we are not suppose to head on the North pole while sleeping. Our sleep will be disturbed. Since I don't sleep well recently, I decided to turn my headrest over to the South pole. Let's see how it turns out later. :)

Moreover, I regretted for being lazy to blog for the whole last month. I want it to be everyday again. That's the original idea of starting a blog named "Everyday Healy"!Then, I am going to check the filing of all the bills and resits for the first half of 2008 from January to June properly by next week.

In fact, I am supposed to look for a bigger mirror to place in my changing area of my room today. Unfortunately, it's raining now. Never mind. I can go out later. Looks like I have so many things in mind in this beginning of the month and I have accomplished quite a lot too. That's good! Just keep it up! hehe......

Think about it

Now I am back from a short distance vacation. Feeling quite tiring instead of refreshing! Hahaha......

Thinking of watching drama series, but my TV has broke down. Still in the workshop. Thinking of blogging then. Somehow, the line is bad. That's usual. Hubby even have to walk out of the house to get better signal, so that he can hear clearly what his friends or customers at the other side of his cell phone said. In conclusion, never live by the hillside.

Again, I am thinking about starting new. How can all these happen right in the beginning of the month too? That's terribly disappointing! :(

I am going to keep calling the workshop until I get my TV back. It's best if I can get cell phone amplifier for hubby and a better router for myself. In fact, all these latest technology are in great demand since many of us has turned to blogger or simply can't live without cell phones, TVs and computers. LOL!

Nothing complicated. Just get them all. I can even buy good cell phone amplifiers online. But, it simply means I have to keep on shopping. :(

I am back

1st day of July. Does it means a new beginning for you? Someone gets so playful and lazy in June. Thus, she regretted. She is planning for some changes. At least, having a more discipline life. Who else? Everyday Healy of course! Hehe......

I just came back form KL last Sunday midnight. Remember what happened on my previous trip to Genting Highlands on 07.07.07? So again, one of the tyre punctured while we were on our way home at the highway! It's scary to stop at the roadside with all the cars passing by in great speed. I guess I have married the punctured King whose car always get punctured regardless of what car he is driving. Hahaha...... Poor daddy! And, mummy! And, Elizabeth too! Hahaha......

Anyway, we enjoyed our trip so much. Elizabeth first time in Genting Highlands. Very excited! I enjoyed the "Dreamz" magic show, we all feels wonderful to see the white lion. To me, the magic show is common. The white lion is something I will remember for the entire life time. Very handsome! There was a moment I wish I am a lioness! Hahahahaha...



And, Daddy had tried something new.
